Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Wolog ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Wolog is developed by Taras Darchuk.

Use of the App

Wolog is a personal workout tracking app. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or services
• Redistribute or resell the App or its content

Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you sign in with Apple or Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App.

Subscriptions & Billing

Wolog offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription ("Wolog Pro").

Free Tier

Includes unlimited workout tracking, routines, exercise library, Apple Watch companion, body measurements, and all app features. Analytics and data export are limited to the last 3 months of history.

Wolog Pro

Available as a monthly ($2.99/month) or yearly ($24.99/year) auto-renewable subscription. Pro unlocks unlimited analytics history, full exercise progression charts, and complete data export.

Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Wolog. We do not claim any rights to your workout data, measurements, or other content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Wolog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

Wolog is not a medical device. Workout data, body measurements, and any statistics provided are for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taras Darchuk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
